Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display name you choose.
Usage data: We collect information about your practice sessions including scores, scenarios completed, and streak data. This is used solely to display your progress within the app.
Voice data: The app uses your microphone to facilitate AI-powered practice calls. Audio is processed in real time by our AI voice provider (Retell AI) and is not stored permanently.
We use the information we collect to:
• Provide and operate the Sales Sparring app
• Save your progress, scores, and streaks
• Improve the app experience over time
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. Your account data is stored securely on Supabase servers.
Retell AI: Voice calls are powered by Retell AI. Audio is processed in real time for the purpose of the practice session.
Apple: Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not receive or store your payment information.
We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
Sales Sparring is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
